ED INTERVAL
ED INTERVAL is an independent Edinburgh performing-arts review publication covering theatre, opera, classical music, comedy, dance, the Edinburgh Fringe and other performance throughout the year.
Reviews are deliberately short and immediate.
James Fox
James Fox is an Edinburgh-based English teacher, playwright, theatre designer and reviewer. He has attended every Edinburgh Festival Fringe since 2014 and has been involved in production across many years of the festival. He sees Edinburgh's performing arts throughout the year, including theatre, opera and classical music, and occasionally travels elsewhere in Scotland for work of particular interest.
ED INTERVAL grew from his long-standing habit of writing short private notes after performances and turning that archive into a public record.
